Bay Oaks has NO ONSITE CHECK-IN.
Please refer to your landlord or reservation agent for details on accessing your rental condo. Bay Oaks employees are unable to grant access.

Staying At Bay Oaks
Pool Hours
POOL CLOSES AT 10PM.
Please observe all posted pool rules. Children under 16 must be supervised at all times. Key fobs are required to access the pool area.
Lease Period
Minimum lease period is 1 week. No short-term rentals under 1 week are permitted. Occupancy is limited to 4 persons per 1-bedroom unit, 4 persons per first-floor garden apartment, and 6 persons for townhomes and 2-bedroom units in E-Building.
Beach Access
Beach access is at public entrances only, located at the traffic lights to our north and south.
DO NOT walk through properties across the street.
Pet Policy
Pets are not permitted.
Fishing Pier
Boat docking is prohibited.
We have a fishing pier, not a dock.
Parking Permits
PARKING PERMITS MUST BE DISPLAYED ON ALL VEHICLES. One assigned, covered parking space is reserved per condo. Visitor parking is in uncovered spaces only. Limit two cars per unit. Illegally parked cars will be towed.
Quiet Time
Quiet time is 11 pm to 8 am.
Video surveillance is in use 24hrs.
Trash
All trash must be bagged and disposed of in dumpsters or trash chutes.
Recyclables are to be placed in the proper bins.
Club House
The clubhouse is for use by adults only.
Minors must be accompanied by an adult.
Laundry hours are from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm.
Community restrooms are open from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm. Key fobs are required.
Tennis Courts
Tennis shoes are required on the tennis court.
Children under age 12 must be accompanied by an adult. Usage is limited to 1hr for singles and 1.5hrs for doubles.
Common Courtesy
Please be considerate of other guests when using the pool, pier, grills, clubhouse, etc. Fishermen, please clean up after yourselves. Please, clean grills and picnic area after each use.
